What types of projects are a fit?

If the project is a significant renovation, new construction, or construction undertaking, it's likely a good fit — new home construction, major kitchen and whole-home renovations, additions, roofing/HVAC/electrical work with real cost or complexity, and major repair or reconstruction following property damage. Luxona is especially valuable when you want professional owner-side attention without personally following every construction detail. If your project is smaller, our Proposal and Commercial-Terms Review is a lower-cost way to get Luxona's eyes on your contract first.

Does Luxona perform construction?

No. Luxona is an advisory firm. You contract directly with and pay your contractors — Luxona's compensation is never tied to the contractor's construction cost, which is what keeps our reviews independent.
