Luxona's Role

Luxona is an independent construction advisor and owner's representative. Luxona is not a licensed contractor and does not perform or contract for construction. Homeowners contract directly with and pay their contractors. Contractors remain responsible for required licensing, permitting, code compliance, construction means and methods, site safety, and their work.

Luxona does not supervise trades or control construction means or methods. Homeowners retain all contractor-selection, contracting, payment, and project decisions.

Not Legal Advice

Luxona reviews construction scope and commercial terms for advisory purposes only. Luxona does not provide legal advice, interpret legal rights, determine contract enforceability, or draft or revise contracts. Luxona's observations and questions are advisory and non-binding. Review all contracts with an attorney before signing.

Luxona does not determine lien rights, lien validity, or whether a property is lien-free. Questions about Florida construction lien and payment protections should be reviewed with a Florida attorney.

Not Inspection, Engineering, or Code Certification

Luxona does not provide home inspections, governmental inspections, code-compliance certification, engineering, architecture, or licensing determinations. Milestone observations are visual comparisons against the agreed scope and available project documents only. They do not include opinions or certifications regarding code compliance, safety, engineering, structural adequacy, or the presence of defects.

Not Insurance or Public-Adjusting Services

When insurance is involved, Luxona's role remains limited to construction advisory and owner's-representation services. Luxona does not act as a public adjuster, prepare or file insurance claims, interpret insurance coverage, determine insurance-policy benefits, or negotiate insurance claim settlements. Questions about coverage or claims should be directed to your insurance carrier, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney.

Information Sources

Luxona reviews available construction-business and project information, including public records and third-party information. That information may be incomplete or change over time, and the absence of a record is not a guarantee.

Technology

Luxona may use AI-assisted tools to organize project information and compare proposals. That work remains construction-advisory and organizational in nature, and every recommendation is reviewed by an experienced construction professional. Technology does not replace professional judgment, contractor verification, or legal review.
